Every new Oregon business. Minus the ones that are really a registered agent's office.
New businesses pick their vendors in their first weeks. The state's list of them is public, but one Portland filing in four gives a registered agent's suite as its address, not a place of business. We remove those, sort what is left by city and industry, and then keep watching each business: first hire, contractor or liquor licence, financing, lien. You get the cities you sell in, every week.
Current through September 14, 2026. Real data you can see before you pay.
Reach them first
New businesses pick vendors in their first few weeks. Wait 60 days and the choice is made. Big national lists show up months late. Ours ships every week.
Clean, not raw
In Portland, one new filing in four lists a registered-agent office as the business address. One building holds 5,713 of them from the last twelve months. We spot those and pull them out. We wrote up which building.
We keep watching
A filing says a business exists. Workers' comp, licences and liens say it is operating. We follow every business after it files and tell you when it hires, gets licensed, takes financing, or picks up a lien. Nobody selling a formation list does this.

The registration is the first signal, not the only one
A filing tells you a business exists. It does not tell you it is ready to buy. So we keep watching after the filing. When one hires its first employee, pulls a contractor or liquor license, finances equipment, or picks up a lien, that shows up in public records too, and we catch it. About 5,466 of those events fire across Oregon in a month.
Each event is its own feed, because they are not the same lead. A payroll company wants the first hire. A tax attorney wants the lien.
